RPO Realtors is one of the oldest and most-experienced real estate agencies in the Wildwoods. Our agents and brokers have been helping our customers throughout Cape May County meet their real estate needs for nearly four decades. Roman P. Osadchuk, RPO's founder, began his real estate career in 1962, working on the weekends as he attended the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia during the week. After graduating with a master's degree, he joined the New York Metropolitan Opera and sang tenor. In order to spend more time with his growing family, Roman left the opera and began selling real estate in Cape May County full-time in 1968.

Roman has been involved in all facets of real estate: commercial, residential, appraising, new construction, land acquisition and development, and mortgage brokering. He holds a variety of professional certifications and is a member of numerous professional and charitable associations. Roman currently heads RPO's land development division, which brokers farms and large parcels of land to some of the largest home builders in the country.

The day-to-day operations of RPO Realtors are managed by Roman P. Osadchuk II. Roman II entered the real estate business in 1983, holds a degree in Finance from LaSalle University, and is also widely experienced in all facets of the industry. He oversees a group of highly motivated agents who are intimately familiar with the real estate market throughout Cape May County.
