Roman Osadchuk II started his career in the real estate business in 1983 while attending and earning a degree in Finance from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pa. His extensive experienced in all facets of the industry include; year round and summer rentals, investment properties including multi family, hotel/motel, bar/restaurant sales. Residential sales of single family homes both on and off shore, including bay and ocean front homes and condominiums.

In addition Roman has worked with many of the regions most prolific builders and developers providing services from raw land acquisition, assisting in the approval process and then new home and condominium sales and marketing.

Roman is a life long resident of Cape May County and the Wildwoods his intimate familiarity with the areas real estate markets encompassing residential as well as commercial affords him the unique ability to assist you in all your real estate needs.
