Mike Porch

A lifelong resident of the New Jersey seashore, Mike possesses a strong knowledge of the area’s real estate market. His professional experience in both the public and private sectors gives him a broad perspective on trends in both commercial and residential properties.

Mike has worked for 10 years in redevelopment in the Wildwoods, gaining extensive experience in property acquisition, project planning, construction, marketing and sales. He is a member of the local planning board and recreation commission and a former member of the redevelopment agency.

Mike has a degree from the College of William & Mary in Virginia. He has deep roots in the community, being involved in local charities and alcohol and drug abuse prevention efforts. A native of Atlantic City, Mike has lived in Wildwood for 12 years.
