David Landis

David was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA until moving to N. Wildwood in 1975. David graduated from Wildwood Catholic H. S. in 1983 and went on to Glassboro St. College where he studied music and business. David now makes his home just outside of Wildwood, in Rio Grande, NJ with his wife and family.

For most of his adult life David worked as a musician in the entertainment industry, and also as a tradesman in the construction industry. In 2000, David studied for and obtained his real estate license and has worked in the real estate business ever since.

David has been with RPO Realtors for almost 5 years. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge about The Wildwood’s that only someone who grew up on the island could share. David is also very “tech savvy”, and is considered the office’s internet marking expert. David employs the latest gadgets, software, and internet marketing techniques necessary to succeed in today’s ever-changing marketplace.
